Hephaestus was founded in October 2024 in Souni, Cyprus, in the heart of one of the most wildfire prone regions in the EU. Nine months later, the July 2025 Limassol wildfire tore through our village and destroyed 73 homes. A few of our neighbors used Hephaestus pumps to defend their properties through the night. That day is why this company exists.
Less than two years on, the work is real. CE certified equipment. Sold across the EU in 8 languages. Supplied to the Cyprus National Guard. Stocked in Super Home Center stores nationwide. And now, a registered European Union trademark.
