Most of the homes we protect found us through a neighbour, an installer, an estate agent or a friend who had already been through a fire. So we built a programme around that. From this month, anyone in Europe can refer Hephaestus Fire Solutions equipment with a personal code and earn 10% of every qualifying order, while the customer gets 5% off. No stock, no selling, no minimum.
If you run a business that stocks or installs equipment, there is a second route: a dealer track with trade pricing, tiered by volume. Both are live now at hephaestus.solutions/partners. Why we are doing this now.
Our equipment defended homes in the Souni fire of July 2025, including our own. Since then we have spent a year doing the unglamorous work: CE certification under our own brand, a shop in eight languages, delivery across the EU, and a product range that goes from a portable petrol fire pump to long-range water cannons and emergency sprinklers.
What we cannot do from Cyprus is stand on every hillside in Portugal, Spain, Greece, Italy and the south of France. The people who can are already there: the pool technician, the garden centre, the electrician who wires rural homes, the agent who sells them, the neighbour who organises the village WhatsApp group. The partner programme pays those people for doing what they already do, pointing someone to protection that works.

One rule we hold firmly: partner codes are for customers you refer, not for your own purchases, and we do not allow advertising on our brand or product names in search. Everything else, your website, your social channels, your newsletter, your word of mouth, is yours to use.

Do I need a company to join?
No. Individuals, self-employed people and companies can all apply as referral partners. The dealer track is for registered businesses that stock or resell equipment.
Do I have to live in the EU?
No. You can live anywhere outside sanctioned countries. Your customers, however, need a delivery address in the EU, because that is where our shop ships. Dealers can be based in the EU, UK, Norway, Iceland or Switzerland.
How is my referral tracked?
By your personal code at checkout. Once a customer uses it, every order they place in the following 90 days is credited to you, and they keep their 5% discount.
When and how am I paid?
Monthly, against a statement you can download from your partner account. Commission becomes payable 30 days after the order completes, with a EUR 50 minimum per statement. Bank transfer in EUR, or store credit if you prefer.
What if my customer returns the order?
Commission follows the order. A refunded order is deducted from your next statement. Anything already paid to you stays paid.
Is there a written agreement?
Yes. The Partner Agreement is shown in full during onboarding and signed electronically before your code is issued. Dealers also receive the Dealer Agreement with trade prices after approval.
